The Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering will allocate research assistantships and teaching assistantships each year. Applicants are automatically considered for available openings upon their admission to the graduate program. There is not a separate application. Factors used to determine financial support will include official transcripts, GRE scores, TOEFL scores, letters of recommendation, and the stated interest of the applicant.
